In my twenties and thirties I was an avid weight lifter, very dedicated to a physically fit lifestyle.  I incorporated a strict workout regimen that consisted mostly of bodybuilding exercises.  As I have moved into middle age, I have a much broader view of incorporating exercise into a healthy lifestyle and physical fitness. When I was laid off, after more than two decades working in the technology field, I took the time to re-evaluate my professional goals and interests.  I have been rewarded with pursuing my interest in physical health.  My interest to pursue a career in physical health was a natural decision for me, rooted in my desire for a more personally fulfilling occupation.  One, I have pursued with great interest, determination, and excitement. I aim to work with individuals who have decided to make a change and pursue a healthy lifestyle to achieve and surpass their goals
