As an Endurance Sports Trainer, I provide training in various sports skills to Athletes in order to enhance their performance in their particular sport(s).  I teach sports skills in the following sports:  Football  *  Basketball  *  Swimming  *  Volleyball  *  Field Hockey  *  Baseball  *  Softball  * Jogging/Running  *  Track and Field  *  Soccer  *  Lacrosse 
 
FITNESS TESTING:  All clients are fitness tested before any program is designed for them.  They are tested for: Posture  *  Flexibility  *  Balance  *  Endurance  *  Cardiovascular Fitness  *  Strength  *  Range of Motion  *  Resting and Active Blood Pressure Rates  *  Resting and Active Pulse Rates  *  BMI  *  Glucose Levels (if client is Diabetic)  *  Maximum Target Heart Rate  *  Medical History  *  Medicines and how they affect a workout.  All clients must also obtain a Physician's Letter addressing any medical conditions and verifying that the client is fit to workout before any programs are designed.
