My name is Ildiko Bozsik. I’m a 26-year-old girl from Hungary, and I would like to help people to reach their fitness goals. I always start with a short, and simple discourse about nutritional detoxing, and the importance of body cleansing.

After that the client has to fill forms about her/his fitness level, training habits, exercise history and state of health. We do different kind of testings, such as: cardiorespiratory testing (measuring heart rate, blood pressure) body composition testing (hydrostatic weighing, Body Mass Index, anthropometry, girth measurments ), flexibility testing (trunk flexion, trunk extension, hip flexion, shoulder flexibility), muscular strength and endurance testing. Then comes the evaluation.

The testing and evaluation of a client is an essential first step int he training process and provides valuable information for both me and my client.

I like diversity of workouts, and make the trainings exciting and challenging.
