Greetings! I am Jessica Grover. I am a high energy, passionate and driven women with a tough love approach to personal training. 

I believe the body is a beautiful work of art- a natural mater piece- an amazing machine. The amount of energy put into the body (through exercise and balanced nutrition) determines the amount of energy you will get out of it. In order to make the best of the body you “live” you must give it the proper fuel that it needs. Only you have the power to change your life, to look and feel healthy, and to get fit!
