Since leaving the military, I have strived to maintain a combat-ready mentality along with the body and aerobic capacity. I believe in leading a proactive life, pushing yourself to the utmost limits, eating healthy, and staying in shape. As a personal trainer, I have the knowledge to help anyone out there that is willing to commit themselves 100%. As always, I only work with people who are willing to give me exactly what I give them, which only leads to one thing...Results. That's what I'm all about. It's not just how you look, but how you feel. Playing competetive sports, hitting the gym and being part of an elite military unit, I can give you the knowledge and tools neccessary to live a healthy lifestyle. I can create a variety of workouts, of which, one is meant for you. I specialize in weight-loss or gain exercise prescription, sports specific training, core-stability agility, and I have been known to do some kick boxing type workouts as well. I feel that cardio is quite important, whether on the bike, pavement, or in the water. In fact, I have seen some of the best results due to swimming exercises. I prefer to have a one-on-one session, simply because I can place my complete attention on the trainee. Exercise is only part of the battle, while nutrition plays an integral role. I have studied nutrition and dietetics for some time now, and with the the proper training and a balanced diet, I will have you looking and feeling great.
