 My name is Paul Hernandez, since I was a little boy I dreamed of being a gym teacher, so after I finished high school I enrolled at the National School of Physical Education "ENEF"
in the Dominican Republic where I graduated in 1981 as a Gym teacher. I also attended and graduated from the Pedro Henriquez Urena National University "UNPHU"
in 1983 with a Bachelors Degree in Education majoring in Physical Education in the capital of the Dominican Republic.
 
In 1988 I decided to move to the United States and followed a career in Law Enforcement and Corrections. I never forgot my passion for fitness and after a while I lost interest in the Law Enforcement. I wanted to start doing what I really liked, helping others achieve their goals in fitness , muscle gain and weight management. I became a Personal Trainer through "ISSA" and "BTFA".
 
My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help people understand that fitness and wellness is a life style that improves the quality of life.
