It has been almost 25 years since I picked up my first set of dumbbells & I have been in love ever since.

 

I really can’t imagine my life without fitness in it.

 

It has allowed me to maintain a high level of energy & stamina…

 

It has allowed me to maintain a lean & sculpted physique which in turn has helped me to feel more confident about myself…

 

I believe it has helped me to maintain a more youthful appearance far beyond my years…

 

They say that those that exercise look & feel years younger then those that don’t…

 

It is medically documented that exercising slows down the aging process & reduces your risk of getting life threatening illnesses such as diabetes & breast cancer…In some cases as much as 50%...

 

I have acquired a lot of knowledge over the years & I pride myself on being a creative & innovative personal trainer…I will never repeat the exact same workout…I will strive to bring to you new & exciting exercises each & every workout that will motivate…challenge & fulfill your desires & move you that much closer to achieving your goals…

 

Remember that we are all born with a genetic blueprint that determines what type of body that we will most likely have but… that doesn’t mean that the body that you were born with can’t be molded & sculpted into something more…
