My name is Andrea, I have lived everywhere from NY, DC, TX, and am proud to call South Carolina my home!  Although I just moved to the area, I have fallen in love with it. I have always been active, an adventurer and fitness orientated.   My aspiration as a personal trainer and health educator is to assist you in developing the knowledge and essential tools to live a healthy lifestyle. What life has taught me this far is that in order for us to be at peace and satisfied with ourselves, we have to take the first step, and embark on the journey to better ourselves mind, body and soul.  My philosophy is that every day we have the opportunity to grow physically, mentally and emotionally…so why take that gift for granted???  

I would like to help you understand how exercise and healthy diet can significantly improve your overall quality of life.  The willingness and dedication to achieve your goals will be vital on your end and I will be there to teach, support, and motivate you every step of the way!!!
