Reggie admininsters his workouts with knowledge, passion and personality. He believes
in safe effective goal specific and intense (relative to clients' needs & limitations) brief routines that work the total body. Using old school multi-joint movements to build muscle tone, condition the core, cardiovascular system and torch body fat simultaneously.
The workouts are not like the traditional isolation ordeals people traditionally trudge through with no results.
A free session is offered for evidence of "the Program".
Nutrition is discussed frequently. Eating Plans are available
Reggie is an amateur NPC bodybuilding champion still competing once per year
