I have been involved with physical fitness throughout my life both professionally and personally and I love to be able to share that with other people. I want to help people reach thier goals and feel good about themselves.

 

I graduated from the National Personal Training Institute in Philadelphia . I am currently earning my degree online at Kaplan University to gain a BS in Health and wellness.  I have always been very active and a promoter of good health.

 

Because of my growing interest and continued education in health and fitness I completed the Broad Street Run for the past four years in a row, the Philadelphia Women¢s Duathlon in July 2007, and the Philadelphia Distance Half Marathon in Sept. 2007. Right now I am training for the SheRox Triathlon coming up in August 2008.
