I have been educating and motivating all types of clients of different ages for over 10 years.  I enjoy helping people understand that fitness and health can improve their quality of life.  My goal as a personal trainer and fitness educator is to inspire people to make fitness a part of life.  I encourage my clients to learn the basic fundamentals of exercise and nutrition so that they can apply these principles to their experiences in life.
