Scott Stafford has been a lifelong fitness enthusiast.  He is a former U.S Army paratrooper/infantryman.  Having served with the 82nd Airborne Division, 2nd Infantry Division and the 18th Airborne Corps, he has led countless group and individual physical training sessions.  His hobbies include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, skateboarding, and snowboarding.  He has helped motivate many people to achieve their fitness goals throughout the years.  After his time in the service, Scott has adopted the motto he learned in basic training, "Pain is only weakness leaving the body."
