I am an accomplished Certified Personal Trainer and Coach.  Certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine, specialist in biomechanics of sports specific movement.  I have worked in the sports industry for eighteen years. I have instructed, coached, and mentored people of all ages and walks of life. Fluent in Spanish and German. CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. 

Performing and teaching athletics has always been a major part of my life. Ice hockey, tennis, soccer and snow skiing dominated his earlier years. After college my life was directed by teaching snow skiing on four continents and working as a Training Director for snow sports schools. I teach boot camps and yoga classes.  Through my own teaching I have developed more awareness of the human body and movement patterns, which has broadened my spectrum of knowledge and experience.  

            Becoming a Personal Trainer has transformed my awareness both mentally and physically.  This has provided a greater capacity in my ability to help my clients’ reach their goals. My training styles are based on mobility, flexibility, coordination, balance, core stabilization, and functional strength.  Ease of movement is the critical motivating component of getting fit and maintaining optimal wellness. 

  Hobbies are mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, and extreme skiing.  I love to help people everyday by changing lives to better suit their needs in a healthy environment.  My theory of movement is:  “when it feels good to move, the desire to move more perpetuates the euphoria.”
