About Me:
Hello There!!!

   My name is Asher;  I  been practicing youth and adult personal training for over 3 years.  From childhood onward, I have participated in recreational and competitive physical activities, including soccer, basketball, baseball, wrestling, hiking, canoeing, and martial arts.  At 16, I started working out in the gym; after college I became a certified personal trainer. I absolutely love to train and help others achieve their health & wellness goals, making a lasting difference in their lives.  My specialties are designing exciting, fun, creative, & effective training programs for adults, children, and families!  What separates me from other trainers is my patience, youthful exuberance, high energy, and commitment to making training FUN! 

I would like to teach you the importance of exercise and nutrition and how to produce the results you want.  If you are motivated to improve your health and well-being, I will be willing to coach you on how to be in the best shape of your life!
