Bio
: I have 10 years of certified personal training experience with clients ranging in age from 13 to 92.  My goal is to assist you in attaining your goals. To do so I instill motivation and discipline into your workout.  I have trained clients - pre & post natal, post rehab for shoulder, ankle, & knee injuries as well as post cardiac incidents.  I’ve assisted clients improve or maintain their mobility while suffering osteogenesis imperfecta and fibromyalgia diseases.  Whether it is improving your baseball, ice hockey, golf game or just improving your overall fitness and quality of life (weight loss, muscle development &/or stress reduction), I design workouts based on your needs. 

In order to bring an innovative edge to my training I hold certifications in Resist-A-Ball, C.O.R.E. Instructor I and II, Older Adult Fitness Trainer and Sports Nutrition Consulting. I have attended several Perform Better Functional Training Series at the Parisi School and continue to attend seminars to improve my training knowledge. To ensure safety, I maintain a certification in CPR and First Aid.
