Dane's unique intrinsic coaching approach to strength and conditioning education, direction, accountability and developing a solid physical foundation he creates a balanced Lifestyle to his clientele long-term success.

Envisioning a Mind Body Spirit Approach: As Dane has developed his knowledge and experience in that we as people create our bodies with our thoughts, attitudes and beliefs; he has helped others overcome limitations that keep them from living a Life of abundance.

Exercise, Nutrition and Lifestyle Programs: Dane has created a diverse plethora of successful programs that range from exercise, fat lost, healthy meal planning, active and assisted living adults to corporate wellness and fitness.

2 years of experience in the Bodybuilding Circuit

Owned my own Health Coach and Personal Training business for 4 years
