BIO: I was born and raised in Switzerland. I came to America 10 years ago. I have a passion for fitness and outdoor sports. I started skiing at the age of 3 and have been doing sports ever since. Eight years ago I started to enjoy weight lifting combined with functional and core training. I vary my workouts to keep them interesting and fun. Some time ago I tried Nordic Walking (Fitness walking with special designed poles) and I fell in love with it. It is a great total body workout for any age if you love the outdoors. I became an Instructor right away through the American Nordic Walking Association. Having had a career in Banking and IT I moved on to what I really feel to be called to do in life, which is help people to better health and well-being. It is my goal to focus on helping my clients to reach their goal and to support and encourage them all the way through. I prepare my clients workout thoroughly to make sure that they are interesting, challenging and fun.
