In-home personal training is by far, the most convenient and effective way to exercise. I work with men and women of all age groups and fitness levels on a one-on-one basis. You also have the option to train with a friend or partner where you can enjoy the added support of a buddy as well as lower rates. I specialize in womens personal training because I understand what works better for a womans body. In our initial consultation I will outline your exercise background, preferences, goals, past injuries, etc. so I can develop a customized program specifically for you. As a fitness professional, I believe the most important aspect of leading a client to success is to listen to their individual needs and preferences in order to create a fitness and/or nutritional plan that is tailored to fit. I take the professional responsibility of constantly increasing my knowledge by researching a variety of the latest training and nutritional methods in order to give my clients the best possible information. It also keeps things fun and interesting by incorporating many different routines and techniques with each session. I can meet you at your home, office, beach or local park and I will bring all the necessary equipment to you. All you need is your desire to improve your quality of life. I also focus on *Core and *Functional Training that will help improve* posture and *balance. It strengthens the muscles that help support the back and spine, decreasing lower back pain. *Nutrition is an important part of a fitness plan so we can also discuss your eating habits to make sure they support your fitness goals.
